Portrait Prices and Sizes
All portraits are painted using pastel on textured paper.
The prices below are for head and shoulder portraits only. Prices for
full body portraits can be requested. Although prices listed are for set
sizes, I can paint a portrait to a specific size, too and can quote you a
price if that is desired.
All pastels, because of the medium, need to be kept under glass (not
plexiglass or any kind of plastic as this will create static and cause the
pastel to lift off the paper) and preferably separated from the glass
using a mat or spacer.
Prices do not include a mat or frame. I present my pastels between
foam board and protected by a piece of glassine to prevent smudging
during transport. It is the perfect way to transport the piece to the
framer or to mail it to it’s recipient. I do not require a deposit and
allow you to see the piece before paying so you can request changes
before receiving the finished product. If you have any further
